Available Reports
Episodes Produced Over Time
A line chart showing how many episodes you've completed (reached "Published" status) over time.
- Daily, weekly, or monthly granularity
- Trend line showing whether production volume is increasing or decreasing
- Comparison — Current period vs. previous period
- Total count for the selected time range
On-Time Delivery Rate
Percentage of episodes that were completed by their deadline:
On-Time Rate = (Episodes delivered on or before deadline / Episodes with deadlines) x 100- Displayed as a percentage with a trend indicator
- Broken down by month to show improvement or regression
- Episodes without deadlines are excluded from this calculation
- "On time" means the episode reached "Published" or "Approved" by the deadline date
Approval Turnaround Time
How long it takes clients to review and approve deliverables:
- Average turnaround — Mean time from submission to approval
- Median turnaround — Less affected by outliers (one client sitting on a review for weeks)
- By client — See which clients are fast vs. slow to approve
- Trend — Whether turnaround is getting faster or slower
Pipeline Velocity
How quickly episodes move through your production pipeline:
- Average time spent in each stage
- Stages where episodes tend to get stuck
- Total time from creation to publication
- Comparison across shows
Breakdowns
By Show
Filter or group all reports by show to answer:
- Which show produces the most episodes?
- Which show has the best on-time rate?
- Which show takes longest to produce?
- Where should you focus efficiency improvements?
By Client
Group metrics by client to understand:
- Which clients are your highest-volume accounts?
- Which clients have the slowest approval times?
- How does production volume trend per client?
By Month
The monthly breakdown provides a calendar view of your metrics:
| Month | Episodes | On-Time Rate | Avg. Turnaround |
|---|---|---|---|
| January | 12 | 92% | 1.4 days |
| February | 15 | 87% | 2.1 days |
| March | 14 | 93% | 1.2 days |
Date Range Selection
All reports support flexible date ranges:
| Preset | Period |
|---|---|
| Last 7 days | Past week |
| Last 30 days | Past month |
| Last 90 days | Past quarter |
| Last 12 months | Past year |
| Custom | Any start/end date |
Report Cards
The reporting page displays key metrics as summary cards at the top:
- Total episodes published in the selected period
- On-time rate as a percentage
- Avg. turnaround for client approvals
- Active shows that produced episodes in the period
Each card includes a comparison to the previous equivalent period (e.g., last month vs. the month before).
Charts and Visualization
Reports include interactive charts:
- Line charts — Trends over time (episodes produced, turnaround)
- Bar charts — Comparisons by show or client
- Donut charts — Distribution of episodes by stage or status
- Heatmaps — Activity density by day of week / time of day
Hover over any data point for detailed numbers.

Use Cases
Client Reporting
Share production metrics with clients:
- "We delivered 12 episodes this quarter, 92% on time"
- "Average turnaround from your approval request to delivery: 1.4 days"
- Useful for contract renewals and demonstrating value
Internal Optimization
Identify bottlenecks in your workflow:
- If episodes spend 5 days in "Editing" but only 1 day in "Recording," you might need more editing capacity
- If one show consistently misses deadlines, investigate why
- If turnaround times are increasing, you may be approaching capacity
Capacity Planning
Use trends to plan ahead:
- Production volume trends help predict when you'll need to hire
- Client-by-client breakdown shows where growth is coming from
- Seasonal patterns help you plan vacation and coverage

Tips
- Set deadlines consistently — The on-time rate is only meaningful if most episodes have deadlines
- Check monthly — Monthly review cadence gives you enough data for meaningful trends
- Share with clients — Proactive reporting builds trust and justifies your rates
- Export before meetings — Have concrete numbers ready for client check-ins
