- Stage names must be unique within a show
- Stages have a position (order) that determines the flow
- Deleting a stage will prompt you to reassign any episodes currently in that stage
Status Overrides
Each stage can optionally map to a high-level episode status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
draft | Episode is being prepared |
in_progress | Active production work |
in_review | Waiting on client feedback |
approved | Client has signed off |
published | Episode is live |
These overrides power the dashboard metrics and reporting.
